🛍 Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days (one week) of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

• Any product showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

💳 Refunds

• Approved returns are eligible for a 50% refund of the product value.

• Delivery charges (PKR 200) are non-refundable.

• Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

• We recommend using a trackable courier service, as CoutureLane is not responsible for lost return parcels.

⛔ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Sale or discounted items

• Items purchased during promotions

• Innerwear or accessories (if applicable)

• Products not in original condition

⏳ Processing Time

• Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 3–7 working days.
