🚚 What are your delivery charges?
We charge a flat PKR 400 shipping fee on all orders across Pakistan.
⏳ How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within approximately 5 working days after confirmation.
🔄 What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
Approved returns receive 50% refund of product value. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
💳 How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Processing usually takes 3–7 working days.
❌ Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted and the return policy applies.
