• COD is available nationwide within Pakistan.

• Customers must provide a valid phone number and complete delivery address to confirm COD orders.

📦 Order Confirmation

• All COD orders may be verified via phone call or SMS before dispatch.

• CoutureLane reserves the right to cancel any unverified or suspicious orders.

🚚 Delivery Charges

• Flat COD shipping fee: PKR 200 per order.

❌ Refused or Unreceived Orders

• If a COD order is refused at delivery or the customer is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, future COD orders may be restricted.

🔄 Returns on COD Orders

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Approved COD returns receive 50% refund of product value.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Refunds for COD orders are processed via bank transfer or store credit after inspection.

⚠ Customer Responsibility

By choosing COD, customers agree to be available at the delivery address and make full payment upon receipt of the order.
